AVS management team:

Partha Mukherjee

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Mr. Partha Mukherjee provides executive management of AVS projects. Partha manages business development, administration, planning and prioritizing of personnel for all AVS projects globally. Prior to co-founding AVS, Partha was Director of Projects for Life Sciences International (LSI), a subsidiary of Day and Zimmerman Group, Inc. Partha is a graduate of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Varanasi, India, where he received a B.S.E. in Chemical Engineering. He has also received an M.S. in Chemical Engineering and an M.B.A. in Business Development from Widener University.

 

Mounir Azar

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Mr. Mounir Azar works on corporate strategy and client development initiatives. In addition, Mounir oversees corporate administration at the Philadelphia, USA headquarters and other AVS regional offices. Mounir was previously Manager of Systems Engineering and Validation at Life Sciences International (LSI), a subsidiary of Day and Zimmerman Group, Inc. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, where he received a B.S.E. in Electrical Engineering. He has also completed post-graduate studies in Engineering Management and Business Administration.

Gladis Hwang

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Ms. Gladis Hwang participates in corporate strategy and client development initiatives. In addition, Gladis oversees AVS international operations and the corporate administration of the AVS Los Angeles, CA operation. Prior to co-founding AVS, Gladis was Manager of Process & Validation at Life Sciences International (LSI), a subsidiary of Day and Zimmerman Group, Inc. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania where she received a B.S.E. in Chemical Engineering. She has also completed post-graduate studies in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Project Management.

Michael Carr

Business Development Manager

Mr. Michael Carr manages business development, administration, planning & prioritizing of personnel for all AVS Atlantic region projects. Michael oversees the corporate administration of the AVS Baltimore, MD operation. Prior to Joining AVS senior management, Michael held several critical management positions with over eighteen (18) years experience in sales, operation management, accounting, inventory management and project management. He is a graduate of Wake Forest University where he received a B.S. degree. He also received an M.B.A. in Management from Loyola College, Baltimore, MD.

Denise Painter

Business Development Manager

Ms. Denise Painter is an integral part of the Business Development team at AVS and is involved in proposal development, client relationship development/management. Denise is responsible for recruitment and training of employees for project assignments and working with executives on strategic planning. Prior to joining AVS, she held positions in operations and administration which has significantly contributed to her role at AVS.

Linda Wills

Operations Manager

Ms. Linda Wills oversees critical operational responsibilities which include payroll, invoicing, project progress report generation and human resources program management. She focuses on these responsibilities by implementing current procedures to help increase productivity, and strengthen employee fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Linda brings a wealth of knowledge to her role at AVS from her years of prior experience in management and administration.

Brian Wong

Director

Mr. Brian Wong oversees the complete spectrum of project management duties such as project site  guidance, budgeting, scheduling, master planning and supervision of development & execution of all life cycle documentation. He has extensive experience in project engineering, automation specification review, commissioning & validation activities. Brian leads a team of AVS engineers and scientists to a successful completion of several complex AVS projects. Brian is a graduate of Cornell University where he received a B.S. in Mathematics with a concentration in Computer Science.

Michael Bradley

Site Leader

Mr. Michael Bradley brings more than 20 years of professional experience to his critical role with AVS specializing in the areas of automation, clinical, laboratory, commissioning, validation and computer system validation. Michael has repeatedly served as an AVS project site director coordinating all the required tasks to bring projects to successful completion. His experience includes cGxP computer systems setup, operation, maintenance, calibration, FAT, SAT/commissioning and CSV of PLC/SCADA system, DCS, laboratory instruments, and Local Area Networks. He has excellent background and knowledge  of plant utilities such as CIP, SIP, BAS/BS, PW/WFI systems. Michael earned  a B.S. in Biology and Microbiology from Juniata College.

Amit Kumar

Site Leader

Mr. Amit Kumar oversees AVS’ site process and automation projects.  As a project site leader, he manages the development and execution of various automation and process life cycle documentation such as PFDs, P&IDs, URS, FS, DS, I/O wiring panels. He has extensive knowledge in designing and automating systems utilizing the system life cycle, based on the most current  GAMP guidelines, cGxP, EMA and Asian regulations. Amit earned a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Rutgers University and an M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
